Addressing Antisemitism
According to the American Jewish Committee, "Anti-Zionism is opposition to Jews having a Jewish state in their ancestral homeland, and denies the Jewish people’s right to self-determination."
We are committed to fostering an understanding of Antisemitism and how college campuses have been hotbeds for antisemitic rhetoric which leads to unsafe environments for Jewish students and a peak rise in antisemitism globally.
Unfortunately, while 1/5 of the university's population is Jewish, there are many forms of antisemitism that take place on our campus.
Although a 1/4 of BU is Jewish, we still experience antisemitism on our campus.
